Understanding the Renrui group structure and why invoices are settled to QEILS International Limited

The Renrui Textile brand (renruitextile.com) is operated as a group of three affiliated companies. All three share the same legal representative and controlling person, Mr. Wen Minghua (温明华), who is the legal representative of both Mainland companies and the director of the Hong Kong company. Each entity has a specific role in the order-to-delivery chain:

For international B2B trade, our group uses its Hong Kong company as the single, unified export and foreign-currency settlement entity. This is a common and fully legitimate structure: the Hong Kong company handles export documentation, commercial invoicing and cross-border collection on behalf of the group, while the goods are produced by our Mainland factory and your commercial relationship remains with Renrui Textile.

So although your purchase order or quotation is issued under the Renrui Textile name, the beneficiary on the invoice and bank details is QEILS International Limited. Both belong to the same group and the same owner.

The document below is our formal Statement of Affiliated Companies and Payment Collection Authorization (Ref. No. RR-AUTH-2026-001), signed by the legal representative and bearing the company seal. It authorizes QEILS International Limited as the sole cross-border payment beneficiary for our group.

Below are the government-issued certificates of the three entities, plus the Hong Kong register of directors for QEILS International Limited. You are welcome to verify them through the public registries noted under each document.
