Custom Uniform Manufacturer

Most “custom uniform” listings are a blank garment plus a logo — embroidery or screen print on a stock Gildan-type shell. That works for a one-off event shirt. It does not work for a program that has to fit a few hundred different bodies the same way, order after order.

Buying blank and printing instead of real cut-and-sew costs 40-70% more per unit at that quantity once you factor in the blank markup and decoration — and it still doesn’t fix the part uniform buyers actually get burned on: sizing that drifts between batches. A manufacturer builds your own fit block, sources fabric to your spec, and locks a size tolerance into the tech pack so batch 5 fits the same as batch 1.

If you just need a small run of a single design decorated fast, a local print shop is genuinely the better call. This page is for programs ordering in volume that need consistent fit across batches — corporate, hospitality, school, or team uniform runs.

Uniform programs run on the same cut-and-sew lines as our other apparel categories, with the same 100-piece-per-color minimum, the same OEKO-TEX® and GRS-certified inputs, and the same in-line QC — with one addition specific to bulk uniform runs: batch-to-batch size tolerance is locked and checked, not just the first sample.

Everything below runs in-house — pattern, cutting, sewing, decoration, labeling, and packing in one facility. That’s why we can hold a 100-piece MOQ and still lock size tolerance across a multi-hundred-unit program.

Heavier twill and canvas constructions with reinforced stitching for durability programs. Multi-size, multi-color programs where the batch-to-batch size tolerance matters most — a program ordering the same style across several intake cycles needs size 12 to measure the same the third time as the first.

Custom woven labels, hem labels, and care labels, plus packaging from printed polybags to boxed sets. Fabric, decoration method, and labeling all move the final quote, confirmed against your tech pack.

Whether you work with us or not, these are the checks that separate a real cut-and-sew uniform manufacturer from a blank-and-print shop with a website.

Ask directly: “Is production in your own facility, or subcontracted?” A factory answers with a location and can put you on a video call from the floor. A trading company or print shop changes the subject.

This is the uniform-specific question. A program that reorders across several batches needs the same fit every time — ask for the actual tolerance number, in writing. Ours is ±1cm on key measurements, checked at AQL 2.5.

“MOQ 100” can mean 100 total, or 100 per color, or 100 per color per size. Get it in writing. Ours: 100 finished garments per color, sizes split freely within it.

Ask whether the sample fee is credited back on bulk orders (ours is, 100%, above 100 pieces) and how long a proto sample takes (ours: 7-10 days).

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certificates carry numbers you can check in the issuers’ public databases in two minutes. We publish ours and expect buyers to look them up — see our certificates.

All four methods follow the same 100-pc MOQ as the garment — there’s no separate minimum for embroidery, print, or patch. What changes is the one-time setup and the per-piece cost, so the choice comes down to look and how the garments get washed.

For full-colour polyester performance and team kits we also run sublimation — the artwork is dyed into the fabric so it can’t crack or peel. That one only works on polyester, so we flag it at quoting if your fabric isn’t suited.

You don’t need a complete tech pack to start — a reference garment and a target quantity is enough to get a quote moving. Here is the path either way.
