All three lines below are produced in-house. Samples are cut and constructed on the same equipment used for bulk runs — we don’t maintain a separate sample facility with better fabric. What you approve is what ships.

Faux rabbit fur construction using cut-pile polyester woven to simulate the texture and visual density of actual rabbit fur without the animal welfare and regulatory complications. Typical GSM runs 350–480gsm depending on pile density — a 350gsm rabbit fur blanket has a pile height of approximately 15–20mm, while the 480gsm premium variant reaches 25–28mm, which is the spec most gift-market buyers request for a clearly premium hand-feel. The weight difference between these two tiers is perceptible when you fold the blanket: the heavier variant has visible body, while the 350gsm drapes more loosely.

The primary buyer for this category is the premium gift market — corporate gifting programs, boutique home goods retailers, and Amazon private label sellers positioning at $35–$65 retail. At the 480gsm spec, the margin structure for a well-positioned Amazon listing is favorable; the fabric cost is higher but the category benchmarks are set by goods that don’t perform to the same pile quality. Custom colors and sublimation are not applicable here — the pile structure means surface printing does not adhere uniformly. Woven-in jacquard border designs are the correct customization path for this category.

Brushed polyester or cotton-poly flannel, typically 200–280gsm. Flannel’s softness comes from the brushing process that raises the fiber surface — the grade of brush finish determines how the fabric feels rather than GSM alone, which is why two 240gsm flannel blankets from different suppliers can feel substantially different. Our flannel program runs a two-pass brush finish on both faces, which produces a consistent, uniform nap that holds after washing. Fabric is sourced from OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified mills — relevant for hospitality buyers with sustainability procurement requirements.

The typical buyer for flannel blankets in wholesale is hospitality and hotel procurement — this is not a guess but a pattern in our order history. Hotels sourcing for room presentation want something that photographs well, launders without pilling, and has a flat, consistent surface for logo or stripe printing. The 240gsm flannel hits all three. Sublimation printing is straightforward on the 100% polyester flannel constructions; we run this regularly for hotel clients who want a woven-look branded blanket at a lower cost than jacquard.

The super soft blanket is our most requested category, and it is also the category where the GSM labeling problem described above is most acute. “Super soft” is a marketing descriptor, not a material specification. It gets applied to 180gsm microplush entry-level goods and to 380gsm coral fleece premium goods — and the customer holding one versus the other has an immediately different experience.

Our super soft program spans 260–380gsm using two primary constructions: microplush and coral fleece. These are not synonyms.

The practical consequence for Amazon sellers: a 260gsm microplush listed as “super soft” will generate reviews that note it feels thin or cheap relative to competing listings. A 320gsm+ microplush or 340gsm coral fleece will not. The GSM delta between these two outcomes is about $0.80–$1.20 per unit at the 300-piece tier — an amount that gets absorbed into a profitable margin at typical Amazon sell-through prices, but that a commodity distributor will strip out to hit a lower price point.

Sublimation printing is fully applicable to all polyester super soft constructions. Full-coverage prints on coral fleece require a slightly higher print temperature setting to penetrate the pile — our print team runs this routinely, but it is not something you can assume at a standard sublimation print shop.

The word “custom” covers a significant range of things in blanket wholesale — from a hang tag change to a fully engineered jacquard weave. Each option has a different cost structure and minimum quantity implication. Below is what each actually involves.

The table below covers our standard production specs across all three blanket lines. Minimum order quantities are per design per size. Custom GSM within the ranges shown is available on orders that support a minimum fabric run (typically 500kg fabric weight, which maps to approximately 600–800 finished blankets depending on size).

GSM measured per ASTM D3776 at three points per fabric roll. Pile height measured under light tension. Hand-feel descriptions reflect our production spec — sample blankets available before bulk order commitment.

The table below shows indicative unit cost ranges for a standard throw size (50×60″) in 320gsm super soft microplush, solid color, with printed polybag. These are FOB Guangzhou prices. Freight, customs duties, and freight forwarder fees are additional — budget approximately $0.80–$1.40/unit for sea freight to the US West Coast at 300-piece volume.

Rabbit fur blankets run 35–55% higher unit cost than microplush at equivalent GSM and volume, due to the pile construction complexity. Flannel blankets run 10–20% lower. The table uses microplush as the baseline; footnotes give the adjustment range.

Production Lead Times by Category

Super soft and flannel blankets follow standard 25–35 day production from deposit. Rabbit fur blankets at the 420gsm+ spec require 30–40 days because the pile density requires a longer setting process after weaving. Double-layer constructions (microplush + sherpa) add 5–7 days for the lamination step. Jacquard custom programs add 10–14 days for loom programming on top of the base production time. Rush production is available at a 15% surcharge for super soft and flannel but not rabbit fur — the pile process cannot be safely accelerated without affecting pile uniformity.

We respond within 1 business day with a preliminary quote, GSM confirmation, and any clarifying questions about your spec. Sample blanket ready in 7–10 days, shipped via DHL at cost. Most buyers request two GSM variants side by side — we recommend this if you’re positioned between tiers. We do not move to bulk production without written sample approval. Sample cost is credited back on bulk orders above 200 pcs.

30% deposit secures the production slot and fabric allocation. Balance due before shipment. T/T and PayPal (samples only) accepted. Production line is assigned within 48 hours of deposit receipt. Packaging artwork files are due at deposit — late artwork submission is the single most common cause of production delay in our blanket program.

25–40 days production depending on category. Inline QC checks at 30% and 70% completion. Pre-shipment inspection report with photos and measurement audit issued before balance invoice.

Full export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin. We ship FOB Guangzhou as standard; CIF available on orders above 500 pcs. Cartons are double-wall export grade, blankets folded and individually polybaged before boxing. Carton weights and dimensions provided in advance for your freight forwarder’s booking.
