Drop-shoulder, extended hem, boxy-fit fleece styles for the streetwear and loungewear segments. Wholesale fleece orders in the oversized category start at 200 pcs — slightly above the standard 100-pc threshold — because the extended hem length means a higher fabric consumption that breaks the per-unit cost below 100 pcs.

When you order custom sweatshirts wholesale from us directly, you control every spec — not just the graphic. Neck label, hem label, woven patch, rubber badge, specialty zipper pull, custom drawcord tip, polybag, hang tag: all configurable. All fleece fabric used in our wholesale sweatshirt program is knitted in Guangdong province — not imported from lower-cost regions where dye consistency and shrinkage control are harder to enforce. We audit each fabric lot for GSM (±5% tolerance), shrinkage (max 5% after 3 washes at 40°C), and colorfast grade (minimum 4/5 on the ISO 105 scale for both wet and dry rub).

The spec parameters our QC team checks on every wholesale lot:

• Fabric GSM: weighed per ASTM D3776 at three points per roll
• Seam strength: minimum 200N on flatlock and overlock seams
• Colorfastness to washing: ISO 105-C06, grade 4 minimum
• Shrinkage: max 5% lengthwise, 3% widthwise after 3× wash cycles
• Pilling resistance: Martindale test, minimum grade 3 at 2,000 cycles

In 2023, we turned down a fabric supplier offering 280gsm French terry at 12% below our current supplier. The GSM was consistent. The colorfastness on dark colorways — navy, black, forest green — graded 3.5 instead of our 4-minimum. That gap doesn’t show in a showroom. It shows after six washes. We kept our current supplier. On a 300-piece bulk sweatshirts order, that decision costs roughly $0.15–$0.20/unit more. We think it’s worth it.

Organic cotton options (GOTS-certified fabric) are available on styles above 200 pcs/colorway at a 15–22% fabric cost premium. We can provide GOTS certificate copies for your own compliance documentation.

Clients are quoted anonymously by region and category — we don’t publish brand names without written permission, because some buyers in the wholesale market prefer their supply chain not to be public.

We ship wholesale sweatshirts FOB Shanghai or Ningbo as our default term. CIF (cost, insurance, freight) is available for orders above 500 pcs. All shipments include complete export documentation for customs clearance.

We do not act as customs broker for your import. We provide all factory-side documentation accurately and on time. For buyers who are new to importing from China, we can refer you to freight forwarders our current US and EU clients use — we don’t take referral fees from those introductions.
