Cut & sew from real fabric — not printed on blanks.
Not a Blank Decorator. A Cut-and-Sew Factory.
The distinction is the whole point. A wholesale supplier — the kind you find searching “wholesale sweatpants” — sells you finished blank pants from an existing range (Gildan, Champion, generic stock), and you add a print or a label. You are buying someone else’s pattern, fit and fabric, and reselling it.
We do something different: we make your sweatpant. We source premium knit fabric — French terry, brushed fleece, stretch terry — then our pattern room drafts your block and our line cuts and sews each pair to your spec. The fit, the GSM, the cuff, the waistband, the rise, the pocket construction — all yours, developed from a tech pack or a reference pair and a conversation. Cutting, sewing, decoration, labeling and packing all run in one facility, which is why we can hold a 100-piece minimum and still control the details a blank never lets you touch.
The cost structure is equally simple: a flat sample fee, the unit price from $3.27/pc FOB, and packaging — no tooling or setup charges for standard constructions. If you only want ready-made blanks to print on, we are not your supplier. If you want to build your own joggers, keep reading.
The single most common failure we fix for new streetwear brands: they start on blanks, the fit is generic, and when a style sells they can’t tweak the rise or the cuff because they never owned the pattern. Owning your cut-and-sew pattern from unit one is what lets a jogger become a signature fit instead of a decorated commodity.
Sweatpants & Jogger Manufacturing Capabilities
Everything below runs in-house — cutting, sewing, decoration, labeling, and packing in one facility. We source knit fabric to your target handle and weight rather than limiting you to what a blank catalogue stocks.
Fabrics & Weight (GSM)
French terry, brushed fleece, stretch terry and loopback, sourced from 240 GSM lightweight up to 400 GSM+ heavyweight. Fabric weight is the decision that sets the whole feel of a jogger — drape, structure, how it photographs and how it wears in — so we quote against your target GSM, not a fixed house fabric. Not sure which weight you need? Our french terry vs fleece and GSM guide breaks down each weight by garment. Cotton, cotton/poly and cotton/elastane blends available; certified organic cotton and GRS recycled-content fabrics on a fabric minimum confirmed at quoting.
Fits & Styles We Cut
Baggy and oversized, slim-fit and tapered, flared and wide-leg, stacked, straight-leg, and cargo/multi-panel constructions. Open-hem or elastic-cuff, drawcord or covered-elastic waistband, welt / zip / cargo pockets. Men’s and unisex blocks graded across your full size range — XS to XXL in one run, no size multiplier on the minimum.
Decoration & Finishing
Screen print, puff and high-density print, embroidery, appliqué, rib-panel and contrast piping, garment dye and acid / mineral wash finishes. Wash and hand-feel finishes are done on our own sewn garments — not bought pre-washed on a blank — so the result is consistent to your approved sample.
Private Label, Packaging & Compliance
Custom woven neck labels, hem labels, hangtags and care labels are standard from 200 pieces per colorway (custom label looms carry fixed setup; screen-printed labels work at lower runs). Packaging runs from printed polybags with header cards (100-unit MOQ) to branded boxes and inserts. Fiber-content and care labeling produced to US and EU market requirements.
How to Choose a Sweatpants Manufacturer
Whether you work with us or not, these five checks separate a real cut-and-sew manufacturer from a blank reseller with a website. They take one email to run.
1. Ask whether they cut and sew, or just decorate blanks. Ask directly: “Do you sew from fabric to my pattern, or print on stock blanks?” A manufacturer answers with a pattern-room and line description and can video-call you from the floor. A blank reseller talks about print methods and MOQ, never about pattern or fit.
2. Ask what the GSM options are. A factory that sews from fabric quotes you a weight range (240–400+ GSM) and asks for your target. A reseller quotes you whatever the blank happens to be. If nobody asks you about fabric weight, you are buying a blank.
3. Check what the MOQ actually means. “MOQ 100” can mean 100 total, 100 per colour, or 100 per colour per size. Get it in writing. Ours: 100 finished garments per colour per design, sizes split freely within it — no size multiplier.
4. Look at the sampling policy. A manufacturer that sews proto samples in-house — same operators as bulk — is showing you real output.
5. Verify certifications, don’t admire them. OEKO-TEX® and GRS certificates carry numbers you can check in the issuers’ public databases in two minutes. We publish ours and expect buyers to look them up — see the certificates.
Sweatpants & Jogger FOB Pricing — Published, Not Hidden
Factory-direct FOB unit costs by construction, benchmarked below typical Alibaba custom-jogger quotes. Most supplier pages make you email for every number on this table. Final pricing is confirmed against your tech pack, since GSM, decoration and washes move the number.
| Construction | Small Batch (100 pcs, FOB) | Bulk (500+ pcs, FOB) |
|---|---|---|
| Lightweight jogger — French terry (240–280 GSM) | $3.27–4.33 | $2.27–2.93 |
| Midweight jogger — brushed fleece (300–350 GSM) | $4.33–5.67 | $2.93–3.87 |
| Heavyweight jogger — French terry (400 GSM+) | $6.00–7.33 | $4.13–5.47 |
| Cargo / stacked / multi-panel | Construction-dependent — quoted per tech pack | |
| Sample lead time | 7–10 days | |
| Bulk production | 25–35 days after sample approval | |
OEM Development Process: From Tech Pack to Production
You don’t need a complete tech pack to start — about half our programs begin with a reference pair and a target price. Here is the path either way.
1. Spec & Quotation
Send a tech pack, or a reference pair plus target market, GSM and quantity. We quote within one business day and flag anything outside our standard range — unusual GSM, complex washes, technical pockets — in the first reply, not after sampling. As an anchor: lightweight French terry joggers start at $3.27 FOB at entry volume, dropping 20–30% at 300+ pieces.
2. Pattern & Proto Sample
Our pattern room drafts or adapts your fit block, then sews one proto sample per style in-house at a flat fee. Turnaround 7–10 days. You evaluate fit, fabric hand, cuff and waistband before any bulk commitment.
3. Fabric & Colour Confirmation
All fabric for one order ships from a single dye lot, confirmed before cutting. Lab dips are matched against your approved standard under D65 lighting. Because each colour needs its own dye run, each colour carries its own 100-piece minimum — you sign off colour before bulk cutting.
4. Bulk Production & QC
25–35 days depending on construction and volume, with QC at three points: post-cutting measurement checks, mid-production seam and label checks, and final measurement and packaging inspection to AQL 2.5.
5. Shipping & Documentation
FOB Guangzhou, China, or DDP door-to-door, with full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and fabric certification. We quote both FOB and DDP so you can compare true landed cost, tariffs written into the number.
Selected Client Projects
Names are withheld at the clients’ request. Everything below is from real production runs.
US Streetwear Label — Heavyweight French Terry Jogger Program
Full OEM development for a US streetwear brand that had been buying blanks and printing them: tech pack refinement, a custom tapered heavyweight block (410 GSM French terry), embroidered neck labels, woven hem tabs, and a garment-wash finish. First drop ran 100 pieces per colour across three colours so they could test the fit at retail without inventory risk. Samples in 12 days, bulk in 30, on GRS-certified fabric they use in their brand story.
Outcome: The tapered block became their signature fit — now their core year-round jogger, reordered in 10–15 days each cycle.
Our Terms, In Writing
Most factories make you email three times to learn their MOQ. Here is everything, up front.
| Term | What we commit to |
|---|---|
| MOQ | 100 pieces per colour / design — each colour needs its own dye run, so each colour carries its own 100. Sizes are mixed freely within those 100: no size multiplier, XS to XXL in one run. Colours are not mixed within one MOQ — each colourway is its own 100. (Custom woven labels need 200 pcs per colorway — label looms carry fixed setup costs. Screen-printed labels work at lower runs.) |
| Pricing | Indicative FOB ranges are published on this page, from $3.27/pc. Send us your style and target quantity and we quote every tier (100 / 300 / 500 / 1,000) in one email, so you can see exactly what scaling saves you before committing. |
| Sampling | Sample fee applies per style, itemized on your quote. |
| Bulk production | 25–35 days after sample approval, including fabric sourcing. |
| Reorders | 10–15 days. This is where working with the actual factory pays off. |
| Payment | 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. |
| Shipping | FOB or DDP door-to-door. We quote both, so you can compare true landed cost — not just the factory-gate price. |
| Certifications | OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and GRS 4.0 on certified fabrics. Certificates and our business licence sent on request. |

Sweatpants Manufacturer FAQ
No. We are a cut-and-sew manufacturer, not a blank supplier. We source knit fabric and sew joggers and sweatpants to your own pattern and spec, from 100 pieces per colour.
If you want finished blanks to print on, a wholesale blank distributor is a better fit. If you want your own pattern, fit and fabric — with the rise, cuff and GSM decided by you — that is exactly what we do.
100 finished garments per colour per design, with sizes split freely within that quantity — XS to XXL in one run, no size multiplier.
Because each colour needs its own dye run, colours are not mixed within one MOQ: each colourway is its own 100. Custom woven labels carry a 200-piece-per-colorway minimum due to loom setup; screen-printed labels work at lower runs.
Yes. About half of our OEM programs start with a reference pair — a jogger you like — plus your target market, GSM, quantity and price point. Our pattern room measures the reference, drafts the block, and produces a proto sample you can evaluate for fit, fabric hand, cuff and waistband.
A full tech pack speeds development and reduces sampling rounds, but it is not required to start.
French terry, brushed fleece, stretch terry and loopback, sourced from 240 GSM lightweight up to 400 GSM+ heavyweight, in cotton, cotton/poly and cotton/elastane blends.
Certified organic cotton and GRS recycled-content fabrics are available on a fabric minimum confirmed at quoting. We quote against your target GSM rather than limiting you to a fixed house fabric.
At entry volume (100 pieces), lightweight French terry joggers run $3.27–$4.33 FOB, midweight brushed fleece $4.33–$5.67, and heavyweight 400 GSM+ French terry $6–$7.33. At 500+ pieces prices drop 20–30%.
On top of the unit price: a flat proto-sample fee and packaging. There are no tooling or setup charges for standard constructions.
10–15 days for repeat production once a style is approved, because you are ordering directly from the factory that already holds your pattern and fabric spec.
First orders run 25–35 days after sample approval, including fabric sourcing.
