Submit Your OEM Brief

Share your product category, target specification (fabric type, GSM, size, colour), required quantity, and target delivery date. Include branding guidelines if available.

Receive Quotation & Sample Plan

We provide a formal OEM quotation with unit price, MOQ, lead time, and all branding costs included. A sample development plan is agreed for custom specifications.

Sample Development & Approval

Counter samples and lab dips return within 7–10 days for standard constructions. Colour-critical products usually need 1–2 rounds of correction — especially Pantone C matches on disperse-dyed polyester, which reads differently from cotton under the same code. This is the step most buyers underestimate; rushing it is the most common cause of colour complaints after production starts. Label and packaging artwork goes to sign-off in parallel to avoid adding time.

Order Confirmation & Deposit

After sample approval, you issue a purchase order and pay the deposit (typically 30%). Production is scheduled immediately upon deposit receipt.

OEM Production & QC

Fabric production, finishing, branding, and packaging are completed in-factory. Inline and final QC checks are performed. Weekly progress updates provided.

Shipment & Documentation

Pre-shipment inspection report issued, balance payment cleared, export documentation package prepared and shipped with your goods.
