Fabric is dyed to your colour, and every colour is its own dye lot — so every colour carries its own 100. Inside that 100 you split sizes however you want. We do not multiply the minimum by size.

So a first order of one style in two colours is 200 pieces, not 1,000. That is where most of our new-brand clients start.

Low minimums usually make buyers suspect a trading company, and that suspicion is reasonable. Here is why we can do it: cutting, sewing, decoration, labelling and packing all happen in one facility. Nothing gets handed to a second workshop with its own minimum, so a 100-piece run is still worth setting up a line for.

A typical first order is a new brand testing a drop: 100–300 pieces per colour, one or two colours, a full size range. The ones that sell come back, and that is where a factory earns its keep. We hold the spec on file, so a reorder takes 10–15 days and the second shipment matches the first. On the home-textile side, it is mostly retailers and importers buying blankets with their own labels, hangtags and retail packaging.

A European designer label wanted to test six styles of polos and fitness tanks. Most factories quoted them 300 a style; we took it at 100 per style and colour. Samples were confirmed in 7 days and bulk shipped in 28. They reordered four times, and the strong styles now restock at 300–800 pieces.

An Amazon home-goods brand has had its private-label blankets made here for more than ten years, for its US and EU stores, and reorders on a steady cycle.

Check any factory in China before you send money, us included. A supplier that gets awkward when you ask for its licence has already answered your question. These are the seven things we would check in your place.

1. Business licences. Our brand company and our factory are both registered in China, with Unified Social Credit Codes you can look up on gsxt.gov.cn. See our Company & Payment Information page.
2. Certificate numbers. OEKO-TEX® SH025 206558 and GRS TE-00110085 can be checked in the issuers’ public databases in about two minutes. Copies are on our certification page.
3. A live video call from the floor. Ask, and we will walk you round the cutting tables and sewing lines.
4. Audit report. Our BSCI audit report is available on request.
5. Escrow. If you would rather not wire a deposit, pay through Alibaba Trade Assurance.
6. Your own inspector. SGS, Bureau Veritas or any QC firm you trust can inspect at your cost. Give us 3 days’ notice before the final inspection date and we arrange access.
7. Who signs the contract. Your quotation and order are issued under the Renrui Textile name by Suzhou Renrui Network Technology Co., Ltd. Our payment authorisation (Ref. RR-AUTH-2026-001) is signed by our legal representative and carries the company seal.

One more thing you will notice: invoices come from QEILS International Limited, our group’s Hong Kong export company. If a Hong Kong name on an invoice makes you pause, it should. Ask us about it. The reason, and the signed authorisation, are on our Company & Payment Information page.
